How I did it: I went to a manicurist and got my nails painted. They looked so pretty I just couldn't bring myself to damage them. Now I paint them myself (even though they don't look quite as pretty). The polish seems to act as some kind of warning sign for the mouth to stay away. Maybe because it tastes bad?I also started carrying around a nail file in case I broke one. And if I find my hands anywhere near my mouth, I tend to swear to myself … Read how I did it…
How I did it: I bought a bottle of water from this vending machine. It cost me $1.25. The whole day I carried it around, keeping it less than an arm's length away at all times. And what do you know, I would subconciously sip from it all day until it was gone. The next day, I refilled it (using a water fountain) and repeated the cycle. I had to pee like a pregnant race horse the first few days, but now I get the thirsty feeling if that water isn't right… Read how I did it…
How I did it: First of all, I got up one day and went to the gym. I had no idea where anything was or how to use the crazy machines and felt like a complete idiot, but I went. i gave up the elevator for lent! it is hard work climbing to 9th floor about 6 times a day!
