I’ve managed to drag my butt out the door or onto the treadmill for 4 out of the last 5 days. Yeah! Last night I even roped the bf into coming with me. My goal for the next four weeks is to walk 45 miles (so far I’m at 6.18 competed.) We’re heading out to Alberta for a vacation in September and there will be lots of hiking so I need to get into better shape and the potential weight loss is bonus!
