I went to a friends house and stepped on the scale. It was the first time I had been on a scale in FOREVER!!! I couldn’t believe what it said. It was a wake up call. Losing weight has always been a goal of mine but I never stick to my weight loss plan. I have completely changed my diet and I can already seen a difference in my stomach, and the way I feel. I want to lose 30 pounds by the beginning of the summer… 6/21. That’s 2.7 lbs a week for 11 weeks. maybe i should aim for 20 instead. lol
I took 4 years of Spanish in high school, and then a beginner spanish class in college, just so I could get an easy A. It’s been 3 years since my first year of college, and I can’t remember hardly any of the spanish that I had learned, I spoke and wrote it rather well. It’s kind of depressing. I want to relearn spanish so that I can communicate with the Spanish speaking citizens easier.
