Today has been alot easier then yesterday bowels moved pretty good and didn’t even have stomach cramps(thank god). Last night got a little ruff though cravings and hunger pangs were in full effect but i just drank me lemonade and some plain water until they passed, I guess now i see what time of day i do most of my eating. Yesterday i drank more than reccommended i hope thats ok. But today i feel ok, no burst of energy yet but not sluggish either. Well pressing on, wish me luck

This is my first day trying the MC. I’ve been reading everything i could find about the diet, even found out that Beyonce Knowles did the MC for the movie role in Dream Girls. I was a little afraid after reading some of the blogs especially about the stomach cramps. I took the smooth move last nite, not bad, and it worked early this morning, now the SWF is the hardest part. I had some hunger pangs but nothing too severe. I think i can do this. I hoping it only gets easier from here.
