i started taking cymbalta last week. not much relief yet, just side effects but i have to give it time to work. i’ve been on meds before but they all made me gain weight. this one seems to be killing my appetite so hopefully i won’t gain this time.

i haven’t had a full nights sleep in almost a week. i started on a new antidepressant and it keeps me awake at night and i’m so exhausted during the day i can barely keep my eyes open. i’ve been napping after work and i probably need to stop that so that i can sleep at night. i’ll keep myself awake this evening and see how tonight goes.
much better

well, i gave up on weighing myself everyday because it was just discouraging me. so it’s been about two weeks since my last weigh-in and i’m happy to report i’m down five pounds!! only fifteen more to go baby!
