get a six pack (read all 2 entries…)
ab-olisher continued 4 years ago

Well, its bee exactly five weeks since my first entry and I am still making good progress but DAMN getting a six-pack is harder then it looks – well at least for me. I am the type of person that gains weight easily and finds it hard to take off. I have been exercising like a fiend – lots of cardio and really watching what I eat but still I have yet to see my entire ab muscles. So far I have the top two and my love handles are shrinking but I can’t seem to get the fat around my belly button to go. My solution – more low intensity cardio. Apparently cardio between 120-140 HR burns fat rather than immediate carbs….

Maybe this is a little narcissistic to be writing about getting a six-pack. It’s amazing how we can change our bodies based on the type of activity and what we eat.

Yo, I started on this one a month ago and I am having some success. Just this week, I got this really cool book called ‘The Complete Book of Abs’ really great, pages and pages of abs exercises. Apparently you have to exercise them 5-8 times a week. I might recommend building up to that if you haven’t done them in a while. I am doing lots of cardio and watching what I eat and I am starting to get some definition. Soon I will have a six pack, maybe within a month and when I do I will take a picture.

Yo its worth doing if you can blow the cash 4 years ago

I spent a winter and a summer in Whistler and boy was it a blast. I worked on the mountain which got me a free seasons pass and a place to stay. The rent was expensive and I shared a room with three other guys in a house with 11 people. It was a total blast but for a vacation it is expensive… A lift pass is over 60 bucks a day but man the riding is priceless!!!
