How I did it
How I did it: I decided at first to cut out soda and junk food and that morphed into adopting a "clean" eating regimen. Now, I try to eat natural, unprocessed foods. I don't restrict my carbs, instead I choose whole grain versions only. My taste buds have changed and I no longer crave the sweet stuff that used to dominate my life... cookies, candy, chocolate, etc. Read how I did it…
