Run
Calm and Strength

Running gives me both.

When I am running, my body feels so strong and healthy. This feeling carries on into my diet/sleep routine throughout the day.

When I am running, my mind is so calm. I am better able to cope with the stress and busyness of my life after a good run.

Get closer to Jesus

I just added this goal because with Lent approaching on Wednesday, I am reminded by the amazing sacrifice Christ made for me and how I so absentmindedly take that granted. I have decided to take the TV out of our home for lent to force me to rethink my priorities, my desires, and my relationship with Jesus.
