Not the best day today… I had a bagel and cream cheese, scrambled eggs, a graham cracker, a 1/2 a hamburger and a 180 calorie cookie. Not fruits. No veggies. Eekkk! I woke up at noon with a headache and my nose is all stuffed up. Yuck! I also didn’t exercise today because I didn’t feel good. I would like to get to Day 20 without eating anymore fast food or “junk”. Right now I am holding 145 and I would like to be 140 by 17th (2.5 weeks from now). Lots of walking, toning, and healthy eating.

I made it to Day 10! Haha! I walked 2 miles with morning and burned 150 calories. My walks are starting to feel too easy so I’m gonna start doing a 20 and 20. I’m going to jog 20 steps then walk 20 steps. I also did a 10 lunges, 10 jumps, and 10 leg lift combination (3 sets with no break). I also did 200 crunches. I had a string cheese before my walk and then a cup of coffee and a Slim Fast for breakfast. Then I had a 1/2 sandwich for lunch and now I’m ready for some snacking…eeek!
I woke up at 9am and walked 3.8 miles! I had scrambled eggs (150 cal), 2 slices of bacon (80 cal) and a 1.2 of an English muffin (60 cal). I did some shopping with my mom today and we shared a beef hot dog at Costco (under 150-200 cal) and I have yet to have dinner. I am a week ahead of schedule on the weight loss plan but I intend to continuing exercising daily and counting calories because it is working! My ultimate goal is to be 130 in early 2010 (preferrably by Jan 15). We’ll see!
