Today. 11 months ago

Today I plan on cleaning a very very messy room. Then I will sit down in the middle of it and meditate for a while, reflecting on my accomplishment and feeling the joy of helping myself and others, (I share a room with 2 other people.) Then I plan on taking either a hike, or going on a run, I haven’t quite decided that yet. Whatever I do, it will be somethings outside, and something to get my heart rate going. THen I will have a meal, and a slice of chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, hopefully I will be in a tranquil mood from my excercise and I can savor each bite. THen I will call my friends, and hopefully spend some time with them in the late evening, share a bottle of wine maybe. Then I would like to write down plans for tommorrow, bigger than what I did today. I want to go to Mt. Tam and hike it, then return the shoes I spent too much money on and will probably never wear. The point is, I don’t go back to college for another 20 days, and I want to spend this time doing exactly what I want to do, and living out each day with spirit, motivation, and grace. No sleeping pills!
