How I did it: We drove to Atlanta to see her play at the Variety Playhouse. The show was epic and afterward she did a signing. This was seriously the best day of my life. AND SHE GAVE ME A KISS! Read how I did it…
How I did it: In the first few month it was really hard and seemed like meat products were everywhere! I ate a lot of seafood because that was all I thought I could eat, but after a few weeks I began to look for alternative sources to protein and alt-meats. I began to try new foods that I never would have such has falafel and many different currys. Eating meat now never really crosses my mind and i've lost 10 pounds! Read how I did it…
