How I did it: So about 3 months ago I decided to change from my old ways for good. I am 18 years old, about to enter college for the first time, and I didn’t want to start out unhappy with the way I looked or felt because I’ve struggled with my weight and insecurity my whole life. That’s why I decided to begin Weight Watchers to help me lose weight and I began my exercise regime. I’ve stuck to it, and so far I have gone from 191 lbs to 173 (!!) lbs. I’… Read how I did it…

How I did it: I have only been to Ghana but I have been there twice. The first time I went with my mom and some NYU students (my mom is a professor and was teaching a class there) and while she was teaching, I went and volunteered at an Orthopedic clinic there and acted as an assistant nurse!
