Did 27 minutes of yoga on wii fit on Sunday.
Did another 19 minutes of yoga on wii fit today.
Takes the heck out of my calves.
Had a bath after to soak my muscles.
Think I’ll increase the length of my yoga workout by one exercise every week. Until it’s up to 30 minutes. Then I’ll start adding cardio – either a hill walk or a bike ride.

current word count = 37,390 + 20 pages = 169 pages.
A bit stuck on the current scene, but will be past it in a few days.
I have increased my exercise so the blood pumping will hopefully stimulate my imagination.
Also I have a new deadline, this one is immovable:
Mid April for the manuscript assessment, which I aim to submit my novel to, hopefully it will be finished by then, otherwise I will have to submit a partially completed novel.
I will also have a deadline for a full rewrite, ie 2nd draft: June 30.

currently at 34,815 words (139 pages)

Which means I’ve only written 7 pages since feb 10.
I plan to step up my output rate from 7pgs/10 days
to 6pgs/2 days = 24pgs/8 days

= 24* 7 = 160 + 139 + 20 prewritten pages = 320 pages due April 17
