How I did it: Stopped worrying about what others think of me. Confidence is how you feel about yourself. Being able to hold your head up high! I was tired of feeling crappy and doing what others wanted me to do or be. It's just a mind change. Maybe it is me getting older and wiser :) Read how I did it…

How I did it: I found a good agent and good lender. People who were honest and helpful. Looking online a lot and staying current on what is happening in the market. Keep an eye on interest rates and foreclosed properties. Read how I did it…

We planted a veggie/fruit/herb garden. Had our first strawberries that were yummy! Peppers and corn are developing well. Tomatoes are growing like crazy but have yet to have one grow to full term.
Also planted sunflowers and lavender in a pot. The sunflowers are going crazy! Looks beautiful. Only one sprig of lavender is growing but one is enough for me. I hear lavender is really hard to grow from seed.
Found a great sewing class that I want to take in Berkeley. Will call on Monday to see if they have space. 1st step!
