I exercise everyday. I alternate running, walking and cross training.

Training

I’ve been training for about 3 days now. My plan is pretty simple right now – jog 15 min a day 3 days a week, walk 45+ min or cross train 3 days a week, and cross train/rest the 7th day.

After I get my paychecks from school, I’m going to invest in better running shoes and clothing. I’ve set a few goals for myself and little gifts as I meet them.
