I’ve just finished “Giving up beer for 80 days” in attempt to shift some weight and it was a positive thing. So I’m giving up beer until my b’day in November.


go to gym more frequently

One time jock rediscovering the joys of fitness, this is worth it and though hard to stay motivated (what is the difference between a rest day and just being lazy?) it is worth doing.

I am still yet to see the results I really want but I do feel better, more in control and it has been fun :)
