I got a large back piece in honor of my grandfather and his passing. It was a wonderful way for me to deal with the grief of his passing. A good friend of mine likened it to physically feeling the emotional pain and as the physical healed, the emotional healed as well. Tip: make sure it means something to you; you’re stuck with it forever. I’d like to be there when my cousin has to explain to his grandkids what a “juggalo” is and why he has a deranged clown on his shoulder.
