Do 100 sit-ups daily for 100 consecutive days
consecutive-- yeah right! 23 months ago

I have done about 50 days…. I will make it to 100 no problem since I regularly do over 100 about 3 or 4 times a week…..I was tired of restarting because I missed a day.
