on my way 9 months ago

I’d already lost 12 lbs when I made the goal here to lose 10 more. Since then, I’ve lost almost 2 more pounds. Eight pounds to go!



take springboard diving lessons
just started weekly springboard lessons 9 months ago

I dove competitively in high school, but haven’t been on the board since save for maybe three times. I signed up to take an adult intermediate diving class in a nearby county. The classes are short (40 min) but I think it is a good start and the first class was certainly fun. I worked on front dive in tuck. I should look for a chance to get in at least one practice each week, between classes.
