I did great for 2009. Lost a lot of weight, exercised, drank water, and got some really great clothes.
I still have room for improvement, though.
I had an interview today. I’d be managing a small boutique downtown part-time. Good money and it seems like it would be a great opportunity.
Tomorrow I interview for another job. Again, it sounds like a great opportunity.
Hopefully, one of these pans out. :-)
I completed all 15 hours.
As I said goodbye to the third graders today, they presented me with handwritten letter saying goodbye and good luck. It was very nice. It made me realize why I want to be a teacher.
WE have an opportunity to have a reading with a famous actor/producer/director. We HAVE to finish the script and place it in his hands before I start my Spring semester – 2010 of school.
He wants to read our work. I can’t believe this. It’s an opportunity of a lifetime!
My writing partner and I are starting this project ASAP. We have a really cool story and are fleshing out the plot/characters/etc. now. I’m thankful Fall semester is drawing to a close, so I’ll be able to dedicate myself 100% on this. It’s been crazy though with moving and finishing project/exams/papers. No complaints here ;-)
I messed this all up, but I still have enough hours for completion. It’s actually…
13.20/15.00
This means my next class will be my LAST class. (15.05 total)
I got an A on my critical theory paper (the really tough class)! Awesome!
I went to the ortho. today, and Dr. B. said my treatment is going so well, he believes I’ll get my braces off in July! How cool is that!
First Friday in April is my deadline. I wasn’t ready for December. I’m feeling optimistic.
We’re moving out of our apartment and downsizing. Although I’m a bit sad, I’m happy that in 1 1/2 years or so we will be able to live in Boston (not to mention, our debts will be completely paid off!).
I just found out that for my EDU class, I received an A- on my mid-term paper! Yahoo, baby!
Anthropology: A on the midterm.
Brit Lit: A on the midterm
Literary Analysis: B on first paper, which I was actually happy about because the other 10 people in the class got C-’s and D’s. So I can’t complain too much. Have I mentioned that taking this class is like taking 3 classes? Gesh
Edu: No clue. I’ve been getting check plus’s on weekly writing assignments, but our midterm paper still hasn’t been returned to us, yet. I’ll find out next Wednesday. This class is such a drag, by the way.
