How I did it
How I did it: i just cut meat out from my diet completely. i had been a vegetarian for 3 years before and i am allergic to cow products, so it was easier for me than most people. but i am also allergic to all nuts, which made it a little more difficult... all in all, it isn't too challenging if you are really committed. and once you get all the facts about the meat and dairy industries, it is hard not to be committed.
