ok so day 1 was bad 8 months ago

i pulled today… i did stop myself quite a few times though.. so i guess thats a start. Start over tommorrow.

ok so i got through day one. I did have some honey roasted cashews… does that count? tonight is gonna be the test.. i like a sweet snack while watching tv. wish me luck

ok so i start with today. Lets see how it goes. I usually eat cookies or a debbie cake for breakfast and i pushed it aside and had toast. However i did have 2 teaspoons of sugar in my coffee. but i don’t drink coffee everyday.
