I just started weight watchers on 12/29. I am going to make my 10% goal of 17 pounds and go to a meeting EVERY week till the end of April.

5 days in row now. I’m goign to consider this done when I have “formed a habit” and play with the kittens for at least 15 minutes 6 days a week for 6 weeks in a row.
I am making good progress here. I’m signing up to be a mentor at the Seattle Girls School. I’m hoping this will be a fullfilling, but not too time consuming way to volunteer.
