That’s what it is, really. I want to keep my foot in all doors, keep all options open… if I specialize in being Good At Something, something else will slip away. So dabbling.. writing…rock climbing…engineering…rollerblading…cooking…
I’m not really GREAT at anything, but I feel very Renaissance!
Perhaps I should change my goal to: Commit To Something Worthwhile. Must ponder this.

Like Greek, Italian, Lebanese, Japanese. Just pick one dish, learn it, specialize in it. So you can whip it up some weekend or for dinner guests. See, I’m just a family cook. Healthy, quick, something my 3-year-old can help with, that’s my line. No time for hours in the kitchen. Just expand my repertoire – globally.
