Damn these ethics I have. Sometimes they just seem to get in the way. Not only is it my birthday, but it snowed last night. Thankfully I live close to work and thankfully my hubby drove me today, cuz no one knew how to drive this morning. GOD! Anyway, I should have stayed home and called in sick, but I knew that the schedule for today was crazy – we already are down one employee making the schedule extremely tight. We had to cancel a client and rearrange things. If I called in sick, we’d be totally S.O.L. So, gee….I came to work. It’s 9:42am and I’m done with all of the work I need to do today.
Sure, it’s great that I’ll get paid for the whole day, but I wanna be home. My kids have 1/2 day today. I’d like to spend the day with them. Nope. Ethics. Morals. DAMN THEM!

My mother spent good money to get me braces. I wore them for 2 1/2yrs and got them off the day AFTER my freshman pictures. Now, some years later, my wisdom teeth are coming in and undoing all of the work done by my braces. I REALLY need to get them pulled before my teeth are all over the place again. I know I need to. My dentist has told me, the mirror tells me, but I’m SUCH a wuss….no WAY! I should just suck it up and do it.

Literally…3 kids. I love my band. We’re all parents with busy lives, so we’re not out there gigging every weekend, but we’re making music and having fun. Hell, if I don’t ever get discovered, at least I’ll know that I did SOMETHING to reach my dream!
