How I did it: -Made the list of priority(room size, distance, etc)-Searched online everyday for more than 5months. however it may sounds kind of cheap-like the most of the self-help stuff-, the affirmation works. So it even started when I stated this goal. It’s only a reminder; I have them.
It’s getting better. I’m still working on it. I worked on my posture by going to yoga, acupuncture, and then constantly reminding myself to stop hunch the shoulders. Also I changed my bra to the one that doesn’t have wires in them.
