How I did it: Usually at work, I eat about ten pieces of candy each day out of my supervisor's dish. Well, this week, I ate none. I also turned down free donuts and cake. How I did it: I haven't gotten the results back yet. I told my GP I wanted a thyroid panel. I typed up a comprehensive list of my symptoms, but ultimately left it at home and stuck with the basics-- depression, anxiety, weight gain, thinned hair, low basal body temperature. How I did it: My grandma who lives in Florida contacted a guy through a suft shop in Florida. It was 50 for an hour, but I was actually out there closer to an hour and forty minutes. I stood up on the third try! You need a lot of upper body strength, because when you're on the board you have to swim a long ways using just your arms. is my big problem, rather than the print magazines. But I spent the past week in Florida and was able to stay away from the internet, for the most part, and even when I got online I didn’t go there. Let’s see if I can make it another week, now that I have unlimited internet access.
