*eat on my doc’s program only and take my pills
*see my doctor every week
*take lola for a walk for 15 minutes everyday
*go to gym and do light weights and stretching every other day

I feel like i get more out of books like this if i read for at least 15 minutes a day. otherwise, i slip back into my old way of thinking and i get stuck!
