I am working on this. Since I went to the doctor for depression, I have made a point of talking more to my friends and family about how I have been feeling.

Have been working on it since just before Christmas. It has been up and down, but more up than down which is good. I am on the waiting list for the counsellor, have some anti-depressants, got myself a SAD light and picked out a cat today from the RSPCA.

Went to the RSPCA today. After the home check, I will be picking up Marmaduke. He was cute and friendly and had lots of personality. I can’t wait.
