I have wedding debt to pay off. It’s going to take about a year, but it’s all on 0% credit cards, so I’m paying off quite a chunk each month. Also happily, my student loan repayments will be ending next year, so I’m looking forward to getting extra in my pay packet as well!

How I did it: I was drinking too many fizzy drinks, so one day I decided that I would switch to water instead. I buy a 6-pack of 1/2 litre bottles of still water (such as evian) from the supermarket each week and always have 1 bottle with me whereever I go. I fill it up throughout the day at the water cooler at work. My skin has got much better, I've lost weight, my gums are happier and generally I feel much better. Also, if I go running in the evening… Read how I did it…
How I did it: When I was 11, I decided I didn't want to eat meat anymore, but my mum was worried that I would be ill and she didn't know what to cook for me, so we agreed that I would go demi-vegetarian for 1 year. This means that I gave up all red meat and only ate white meat and fish. So for the next year I ate chicken, turkey and fish only. After this time, I'd begin to learn quite a bit about the process of slaughtering animals and still decided th… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I lived at home for a few months after college and saved up enough money for a deposit, then a friend and I moved down to London together. We used Moove2London's area listings to give us an idea of where we wanted/could afford to live. We had friends living in London at the time, so would come and stay with them for the weekend, whilst we were looking around potential flats. Eventually we found a place and then registered with temping age… Read how I did it…

My social life is too crazy, I always seem to be out with friends and when I am actually at home, by the time I’ve got on top of all the chores and eaten dinner, I feel like I have very little time to myself. I really want to cut down on going out, so this is a goal.
This book and hypnotic CD is really really good, but unfortunately you do need to listen to it regularly and keep doing the suggested exercises (many of which require visualisation) in order to remain confident. I got really into this a couple of years ago, but have since let it slide. I really wish I’d carried on with it, so I’m going to start listening again. The CD takes about 30 minutes.
