I know there are a lot of people out there that are either too small or think they are too fat. Well let me tell you this, you can never be too small and you can never be too fat. Out there, there is some who is smaller than you or bigger than you and they are doing something.
Are you tired of being the small wimp in your school? How about at work, or just everywhere! If so, then you need to get off your butt and start doing something.
I was tired of being small, and I was tired of always being seen as a weakling. But now I am not that. I have picked up myself and decided that I am going to change things.
Weightlifting/training, is a hobbie and a life time commitment. In the span of 3 months if you follow the proper routine and diet, you can reach high potentials you didn’t think was possible. I did.
So get up, pick up a weight, change your diet, make a routine…sooner or later you will thank yourself for doing it. Trust me.
By the way, weightlifting brings confidence. If you don’t know what to do it for, do it for that.
