I think my glass is too big. A glass before every meal would be better and I’d spend less time in the “smallest room”.

How I did it: Basically it was like giving up smoking which I did years ago. After a genuine realisation that McDo is really not good for me and is not food but a pleasing indulgence my attitude changed. Not seeing a visit to McDo as eating out but as something more "sinful" if you like, I was able to decide that seeing myself as someone getting their jollies from Ronald McDonald was not an image I was happy with. Well so far so good. I’ve completed all the runs I need to so far and not found them too tough. Running intervals are starting to extend now but no pain in my knees and I’m still confident and enjoying the running.
Next week will be difficult as I am working full time. Just have to do my best to still get out there and see how it works out. I don’t want to take a step backwards.
