Yes

Yes, it’s working. Biking over 15 miles three times a week, plus change. Did a 30 mile ride a few weeks ago, and planning for a there-and-back 50 or three in the coming weeks. I think I look better, but it’s fits and starts. Def. feeling better!

A friend of mine’s daughter asked me the other morning,
“Why are you so silly?” And when I got home from that visit, I found an email saying “You are easy to be silly in front of!”

So… I guess this “thing” is working its mojo.

Locally grown

I think if one is going to WwOOF, they should start at home to reduce their carbon footprint, and to build the kind of local environment they want to live in. It’s up to us, not the other guy. :)
