How I did it: I bought the GMAT review (latest) edition and did the practice tests. But nothing in the books was able to prepare me for the endurance needed for a 3 hour test incl. the 2 intensive essay portions. I nearly did not finish one of the essays but fortunately scored a 5. The verbal was surprisingly okay, but I completely broke down in the math section. I was too emotionally affected by what I know and didn't know to concentrate on the questi… Read how I did it…
98lb is really insane. That means I’ll be 44.55kg and since 15, I have always been above 50kg. Now I am actually 48.6kg already. This is with a proper set of clothes and shoes. ie. 106.9lb. I am actually amazing myself already! So, 98lb. Hmmm.. I’ll settle for maintaining 48kg and dipping into 47kg to see how this month.
It seems that I should have gone for the 1 hour rather than the 2 hour class ie. 8 lessons vs. 4 lessons. There are too many new steps to bring home and practice each time. So far we have done the simple turn, the cross over, the cross over turn, the side steps and something that my instructors call the “kung-fu move” (?!)
1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7. As long as I move with these numbers on my lips, I think I am saved. With some partners, I am almost effortless – the gentlemen lead and do all the thinking. With my bf, I’m hopeless. In fact, he’s hopeless – told me that I am wrong when in fact I am correct and had me stumbling through several dance partners.
Anyway, 2 more lessons only!
