Start at www.w3schools.com . Make a few pages that link to eachother, with the main page named index.html
Get some free webspace, like prohosting.com, and upload the whole mess using a free ftp program like smartftp.
If you don’t know how, I recommend “Wherever you go, there you are” by John Kabatt-Zinn, or any local practice group that you like. In the end, there isn’t too much how.
Anyway, realize that by simply doing it, you cut through every obstacle to practice that you or circumstance create.
I used to wake, stick my head in some water, and sit zazen for 10-20 minutes every morning, or 1-2 times daily from about 93 to 98, when a crush broke the habit. I’ve worked my back to maybe 1/2 that level of practice. When I could find one, I would sit weekly or so with a zen group (Albany, Ithaca NY).
Even when my meditation experience does not seem profound, if I reflect at the end of the day, it’s been a better one.
