Found an article (bbc.co.uk I think) that rated your fitness based on the number of pushups you can do
15 push-ups (Fair)
25 Push-ups (Average)
35 Push-ups (Good)
45 Push-ups (Excellent)
So I should aim to get to 45(50) and plan to do 5 more each month until I can do it starting from 15 for this month so hopefully by September. Been doing 15 as part of my stretching post running and did 2 sets of 15 last night.
