It took us 22 months to finally conceive – 22 months! We went to infertility specialist and spent way too much money (but it didn’t work.) The whole time I knew there was nothing wrong with us (but why wasn’t it wasn’t working?) Thank God we stopped and we found a great acupuncturist (who is also a nurse and a life savor! don’t think we would’ve done it without her or at least not as fast) and with her advice we were pregnant in no time. It was simple and our doctors should have known. Thing is, we suspected and we asked the doctors several times but it was only the acupuncturist who confirmed what we were thinking. I took us 8 days to get pregnant after that!! I’m keeping this goal open because we may try for one more little butt. Oh! We’re due in January 2011. :)

How I did it: We bit the bullet and decided that we were indeed going to take Babybutt to see Santa on a Saturday at the mall. We planned to go early and early we were: We were the first one's in line. See my one and only entry it explains everything in more detail. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Songs just sort of come to you. You hear a word and you start singing a song from childhood. I've also listened to a few of my favorite kid CDS over and over and learned lyrics that way. Read how I did it…
Q: What do growth charts mean?
A: The infant growth chart contains information on the weight, length (height), and head circumference of babies throughout the United States at different ages, so your own baby’s measurements can be compared to theirs. There are different charts for boys and girls. Using the chart, your doctor might find that your son is in the 70th percentile for weight, for example, which means that 70 percent of male babies his age weigh less than he does and 30 percent weigh more. These numbers help your doctor keep tabs on your baby’s size. For many parents, growth charts become a source of anxiety — and competition with other parents — especially if their child is in the lower percentiles. “Don’t worry about a low or high percentile,” says pediatrician Romi Webster of Children’s Hospital Boston. “The most important thing is how your baby grows over time. If he’s small but growing at the appropriate rate, there’s usually no cause for concern.”
Seems quite simple but for some reason I tend to forget. Information from Baby Center.
