Trying to get back into the habit of weighing myself and writing an entry here each Monday. Want to get down to 60kg, and I need to remember to just take it one step at a time, otherwise it seems overwhelming. Mini goal for this week is to go for at least a short walk every day.

My gosh 1 month ago

I can’t believe how quickly time flies when you have a baby. Since my last entry I have just continued to gain weight. Now have about 25kg to lose. Step one- get up before the baby does and have breakfast. If I let myself get too hungry I’ll eat anything- as long as it’s not healthy. So my goal for this week is just to have breakfast within an hour of getting up every day.

Back after baby 5 months ago

Baby was born 3 weeks ago, I’ve been eating terribly since then. I need to get into better habits again, for my sake and hers. I am constantly tired and looking for quick fixes- like iced coffee and chocolate. I think step one should be to have a chocolate free day, so that is my goal for tomorrow. Baby steps (no pun intended).
