Tonight I ran with my two younger sisters and though it wasn’t my best run, easily one of the slackest actually, I plan on giving it my all tomorrow. So far this week I’ve run 2 nights and since my goal is 5 a week… I can still make it!
I’m honestly looking forward to picking up my pace and really refining my form :]

After a period of time with no soda it hits you like it did the first time and trust me it's not enjoyable. If I want carbonation, I'll drink a flavored carbonated water but it's a rarity. How I did it: I've been a fan of body modification for a few years now and have always admired nose piercings. It's something I've talked myself in and out of time and time again. Sunday while sitting at my best friends house he stated that he wanted to get his tongue pierced and I was like "I've always wanted to get my nose pierced" and there we were driving around at 6pm on a Sunday night trying to find an … Read how I did it…
Yesterday I ran a mile straight without stopping, and while that might not seem like much to be proud of for most people… I have never in my life ran a mile without stopping.
A close friend of mine helped me out friday night and taught me how to run and breathe properly, while setting a pace that I could handle. I took everything I learned friday and applied it yesterday and I have to admit I feel really accomplished.
Tonight I’m going running as well, with a friend, and we’re aiming for a mile and a half without stopping and if we make it to 2 then that’s great. I feel like this is doable considering I definitely pushed myself last night but I know I’m capable of more :]
