if you can do Shakespeare, you can do anything. I am a member of a regional classical theatre company in Southern California – I just finished playing Guildenstern in Hamlet last week. If anyone out there is interested, Shakespeare & Co. in Western Massachusetts is a great place to get training – wether you’ve never performed Shakespeare, or were born doing it, it is completely worth it. there is too much in our society that needs to be changed. From global warming and war to local directories and recycling programs. Find something you want to change, and DO IT. There’s no reason why you can’t – and there’s no reason to do it alone. I know we’ve all heard the phrase “be the change” – and as cliche as it may be, I believe it is vital to the progression of our culture. Many projects can even be paid for with grants, if you know where to look.
