Driving exacerbates my glute thing, which sucks because I drive daily. Looks like I’m going to have to tweak my car seat until things feel good. For you non-driving types out there, this is a pain in the ass. Oh the irony. Hope this works.

How I did it: I watched my caloric intake, and later on I started exercising. I lost it slowly, since for a few months there I kind of ditched it. But, after I was down to 250 or so (from 260 when i started), I felt like making a permanent change in what I wanted to be, physically. I am 230 now. Watching what you eat is easier than eating whatever you want and trying to exercise yourself into a caloric deficit. What's easier, not eating a 400 calo… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I've been running for a few months now, and at first it was about trying to peel off weight so i could run better, and lose weight in general. And as I lost weight, my stride changed. But I was always running (relatively) short distances, because as I got stronger, my stride got more aggressive. I adjusted my stride to a slower, more economical one, and was able to stay in there and accomplish my mile. Read how I did it…
How I did it: sat down and watched them all, and in subsequent days watched the commentaries. all of the commentaries. I DONT WANT TO HAVE TO USE SO MANY CHARACTERS fascists. there isnt even a character counter. Read how I did it…

about 215 or 216 depending on food and water and all that, 214 sometimes. 10 pounds to go until I enter another loss bracket and things get interesting.
Btw, I started at 260 this year, and slacked off for months in the spring. My heaviest ever was 285 years ago. Let me tell you something:
You can do this.
The only real tension I still have is my right glut, it needs to be worked out pretty bad. someone come over and knead my ass.
I want you to want me.
I need you to knead me.
thanks in advance, prospective cheek pulverizers.
