Behaviors I’m going to employ to achieve this goal…
1. Writing down what I eat before I eat it in my food diary.
2. Moving my body each and every day. I’m on day 13 of being active every day for 100 days!
3. Weighing myself in the morning and at night. I want to be aware of where I am for my progress.
4. Use the Mindless Eating checklist to help monitor my snacking.
5. Focus on healthy choices in all my food choices.
