I really need one on one time with my kids, so I would like to set aside time, maybe a Saturday morning, to go out with them…and just hang out. We don’t need to do anything out of the ordinary…just spend the time together with no distractions. They’re growing up so fast and I don’t want to lose touch with them.

Reading
I am currently reading book six of the Harry Potter series. I just started reading this series a few months ago, and read books 4 and 5 back to back.
January 15, 2009: Still working on this. It seems like months since I read a book. I have a lot of parenting or self-help books that I’m referring to regularly, but reading anything else isn’t happening.
Finding Help

I have now been attending a church for over a year now. It has made such a beautiful difference to me. The church is The Church of Conscious Harmony, here in Austin, and I love being a part of the community there. It is really helping me find peace deep inside of me and to connect to others in a meaningful way.
