How I did it
How I did it: Put in about 500 miles over 3 months training for triathlons... My friends wanted to do one so we plotted out a route and went for it.Training was mostly hour to hour and a half rides 3 times a week... Longer rides on the weekend, up to 2 hours or 33 miles. I was training for a triathlon so I was also swimming and running 3 times a week... If you are just biking 5 times a week and maybe some longer rides would be better... Read how I did it…
