I try to spread the sessions out. One on a morning usually Wednesday and then 2 evenings after work, usually Monday and Thursday.
Some tips:
-Never swim on Monday morning as it’s a bugger
-Buy Total Immersion by Terry Laughlin – it helps you swim more fishlike
-Get some good goggles (I use Aqua Sphere Kaiman Goggles)
