How I did it: Started listening to the music that inspired me to play way back in high school, the more you listen, the more you want to play it. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I started off running for 10 minutes, then each time I ran after that, I'd add 1 minute to the run. By accomplishing each run, I knew in my head that my body was capable of at least running the previous time, and jogging for 60 seconds more wouldn't be too hard.
