How I did it: I started off running for 10 minutes, then each time I ran after that, I'd add 1 minute to the run. By accomplishing each run, I knew in my head that my body was capable of at least running the previous time, and jogging for 60 seconds more wouldn't be too hard. I tried to run everyday, but of course that didn't work, but I think it helped knowing that I was progessively getting more distance with each run, which made it easier to get g… Read how I did it…
