After quittin in August of 2006 I began to smoke again in March 2007. I thought that since it had been so easy for me to quit smoking the first time that it would be easier the second time around, so I began fooling around with the ocassional cigarette which quickly turned into a pack a day addiction in a matter of weeks. I am glad to say that today marks the day when I get back on the wagon, it has been around 24 hours since I had my last cigarette and I plan on keeping on towards breaking this addiction again.

Well It has been thirty days, I would like to say that stopping as been one of the most easy things that I have done in my life, and I am left feeling like DUDE WTF why didnt I do this sooner. I didnt have Allen Carr though.
The changes that your mind, body, and emotions undergo when you decide not to be a slave to those dirty little sticks. My pockets are fatter and my smile is already brighter. Thank you guys for all your cheering… it as simple as being willing to do, be willing to go through the pain off letting go. You are so much stronger than a stupid chemical addiction
