i haven’t been on in a while… i lost 2 pounds. my stomach is almost flat. i really want to work on my thighs and biceps (too much fat) any exercises anybody can think of?

I have hunched shoulders. I want to stand up straighter. Anybody know any workouts to strengthen upper back muscles?
i am 5’9 and 128 pounds. I feel heavy and i have tried multiple times to lose weight, but have only lost a few pounds and then gained it back again. Exercise is not the problem because i run track (4 hours a week) and play tennis plus train (9 hours a week). My problem is when i see something that i know is bad for me, no matter how much i tell myself not to, i eat it. I currently wear a size 2. I want to fit into 0s. My goal weight is 110. Any tips?
