The service was incredible. Plus, it gives you the freedom to walk about the hotel. I had to use the restroom, so I got to see the beautiful spa area.

I got a good manicure and then went back to get a new one every 2-3 weeks. Once the nails grew out and my cuticles healed, I stopped biting. I think it was a control thing for me. I saw how terrible my nails looked, so I’d bite them to try to “fix” them. It was a cycle. But once my nails looked good, my sense of control switched to keeping them looking healthy. I hope that helps someone!
One of the great things about living in NYC is the opportunity to see Central Park change through the seasons. I learned how to rollerblade in that park. (OK, I TRIED to learn…) It’s beautiful to walk through the park even in the winter when everything’s white and quiet and you feel like you’re nowhere near a city.
