I finished day 3 yesterday. i think I am giong to do another day tomorrow in week 1. that way I don’t have too many days off between runs. i am going to be out of town until sunday, so that is when my partner and I are going to do week 2. One more day in week one can’t hurt right? i think that will help me be more ready for week 2 anyways. especially since it is going to be 3 days.
any song ideas for week 2?
Well, last night I completed Week 1 day 2. I did the whole thing and felt really good at the end. I have to say that at such a high weight I am really suprised that I have done this for 2 days. I am now wondering…how the heck are you going to get to weeks 2 and 3 and 4…I know I can do it when I get there though.

Also, do all of you guys skip days in between your runs? What days do you find work the best? I started with Sat, Mon, and Wed…but i think i am going to switch to Sun, Tues and Thurs.
